Sales Strategy and Leadership 

  • Architect a Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s goals. 
  • Team Building: Build and lead a team of BDMs and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). 
  • Market Expansion: Thrive on selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, and negotiating complex deals. 
  • Competition: Beat the competition in head-to-head opportunities. 

Business Development 

  • Sales Plans: Own all plans and strategies for business development. 
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare forecasts, KPI reports, and data for organizational planning and strategic decision-making. 
  • Land and Expand: Create processes for top-down outreach, onboarding, activation, and expansion. 

Collaboration and Relationships 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams. 
  • Inbound Leads: Define inbound lead requirements to meet sales objectives. 
  • Customer Relationships: Establish and foster partnerships with key customers both internally and externally.
