Head of Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Brand Management:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Create compelling storytelling, copywriting, and content alignment to strengthen brand identity.
  • Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity across all marketing channels.

Campaign & Content Management:

  • Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, website, paid ads, print, events, and public relations.
  • Develop and manage project marketing materials in both print and digital formats to align with target audiences and business goals.
  • Conceive and produce innovative solutions for business development materials and informational graphics to support complex ideas and concepts.

Creative Direction & Design:

  • Set the vision for branding, campaigns, and marketing materials for the company and its projects.
  • Design and produce marketing content that enhances property brand awareness and sales activity.
  • Develop indoor/outdoor graphics and ensure consistency across all media platforms.
  • Ensure high-quality workflow management and quality control for all creative outputs.

Public Relations & Social Media Management:

  • Lead public relations efforts, including media outreach, promotions, and press releases.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns to ensure high engagement and performance.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive lead generation and increase outreach.

Vendor & Budget Management:

  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure marketing deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Source and negotiate with vendors for marketing services, including advertising, printing, and design.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets effectively.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Russian (preferred) and English (written and verbal communication skills are essential).
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the UAE real estate market or agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and offline marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Motion Graphics, etc.) and other relevant design software.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude with a strategic, innovative, and problem-solving mindset
