This is a full-time position based in Dubai for a Sales and Business Development Manager. The role entails establishing and nurturing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, formulating marketing strategies, and providing exceptional customer service. The Manager will collaborate with senior management to ensure the company aligns with client requirements and will be accountable for achieving sales targets. The position requires a proactive approach to client engagement and strategic planning for sustained business growth.
Qualifications:
Mandatory experience with a real estate developer
2-5 years of real estate sales experience
1 – 2 years of real estate experience in Dubai
Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets
Strong grasp of marketing, sales, and customer service
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a global broker network
Achieve sales targets, meeting client needs
Oversee document preparation and deal closings
Act as an intermediary, monitor the property market
Attend industry events for networking
Organize broker events and provide training
Manage sales and post-sale customer service
Plan and execute sales strategies and client engagement
