  • Build a strong employer brand to attract top industry professionals. 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in real estate or construction. 
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring trends. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously.
